Let your clients quickly book multiple dates. With our 'quick add to cart' the customer quickly adds all desired dates and enters their personal and Booking details only at checkout. Accept deposits or full payments, whether optional or obligatory, processed securely by either PayPal or Stripe Card payment gateway.

Online Confirmations

If you need to send a Booking Contract to a client or freelancer. The client or freelancer has the option to agree it online, or print off the contract to sign and post back. To sign ONLINE they simply click on the link in the email they receive which will take them to a page which contains all their Booking details, along with your Terms and Conditions. They they just have to click the 'I Agree' button and it's done. You'll get an email notification when they have done it, and they recieve a custom designed autoresponder email thanking them for the Booking. For your security, their IP and email address are logged and can be viewed any time from within My Booking Manager.

PDF Booking Invoices & Contracts

My Booking Manager creates professional PDF Booking contracts and invoices either automatically when a customer books online or with one click, if you manually create a Booking. The PDF invoice / contract is then included in a personalised pre-scripted email ready to send to your client. All documents and emails can be branded with your business Header and Footer. If you don't have any graphics already? "My Booking Manager" contains online software you can use to make them (or we can provide basic artwork for you - FREE!)

Custom Enquiry Form On Your Website

To make sure that "My Booking Manager" links seamlessly with your website. We have created a custom enquiry form for you to place into your own website (it is a simple job!) We have two types of contact forms. The Basic or our AMAZING contact form. The Amazing Contact Form will help turn an enquiry into a Booking 24hrs a day!!! Once the form is on your website, all enquires will be sent to you via email. If you have selected to fully automate "My Booking Manager" then your client will receive a pre-typed automated reply. If you prefer to manually respond to enquiries, then this can be done from within the My Booking Manage admin panel. There you can store several stock responses which can be merged with your reply, providing a lightning fast personalised response. All the customers details can be added to a Booking form at anytime, by the simple press of a button.

Sales Reminder

Following up a sales enquiry is something that so many businesses fail to do and yet it DOES generate so much work!!! My Booking Manager will automatically send pre-scheduled email reminders to an enquiry. I have the system setup to send a reminder 3 days after the initial enquiry. It is amazing how much work, this simple followup generates and the best thing is My Booking Manager does it for you!!! Not only that, no mater if you get the Booking or not. My Booking Manager can automatically send out another reminder email the following year. This feature alone will help generate more Bookings for you, than your competition!
