A 15 mile journey for one area can take a lot longer and cost a lot more than a 15 mile journey to another area with fees for tolls, or congestion charges. If you need to send a Booking Contract to a client, freelancer or employee. You have the option to require a booking form, containing your T's & C's to be digitally signed online, or print off the contract to sign and post back. To sign ONLINE they simply click on the link in the email they receive which will take them to a page which contains all their booking details, along with your Terms and Conditions. Then the client, freelancer or employee just type in their name and sign the online box and it's done. You'll get an email notification when the, contract has been signed and you can download the signed form should you need to? The client and employee receive a custom designed autoresponder email thanking them for confirming the booking. For your security, their IP and email address are logged and can be viewed any time from within My Booking Manager.

My Booking Manager creates professional PDF booking contracts and invoices either automatically when a customer books online or with one click, if you manually create a booking. The PDF invoice / contract is then included in a personalised pre-scripted email ready to send to your client. All documents and emails can be branded with your business Header and Footer. The Amazing Contact Form will help turn an enquiry into a booking 24hrs a day!!! Once the form is on your website, all enquires will be sent to you via email. If you have selected to fully automate "My Booking Manager" then your client will receive a pre-typed automated reply. If you prefer to manually respond to enquiries, then this can be done from within the My Booking Manage admin panel. There you can store several stock responses which can be merged with your reply, providing a lightning fast personalised response. All the customers details can be added to a booking form at anytime, by the simple press of a button.
The system allows you to create accounts for your staff. You can allow staff to have their own login details to access their bookings (if you wish), all bookings are updated in real time and availability automatically adjusted on the Online Booking System. Your staff can automatically receive a notification when a booking is taken for them and each member of staff can be required to digitally sign the booking contract and a copy can be downloaded for your records. No longer will you be unsure if you have staff members available. As you can see everything in real time.
